By accessing or using Family Roots Center ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Family Roots Center is a family tree platform that allows users to create, visualize, and share family history information including names, dates, photos, stories, and documents.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Family Roots Center a license to store, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You must not upload content that violates others' rights.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Downgrading does not delete your data. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the Service.
